My name is Jennifer Kalainoff. I am the 7-12 School Counselor. I have called Nashua my home since 2001, when I came to NP. I graduated from Grundy Center High School and, coming from a small town, I always knew that a small town is where I wanted to be. My husband is a high school science teacher at Nashua-Plainfield and we have four sons that are also Huskies!
*Graduated Grundy Center High School in 1996 *Attended Simpson College, graduated in 2000 with a major in sociology and minor in psychology with secondary education *Hired at East Union as the At-Risk Coordinator in 2000 *Hired at N-P in 2001 as At-Risk Coordinator *Graduated from Buena Vista University in 2008 with a Masters in Professional School Counseling Our Nashua-Plainfield Professional School Counseling Program mission is to meet the needs and be an advocate for all stakeholders. Our program is collaborative in nature and involves many aspects of each student – personal/social, career and academic. It recognizes and respects the differences of all involved. Our program helps to guide our students in developing their abilities, realizing their opportunities and meeting the challenges of an ever-changing world. |
